I was visiting relatives and wanted to take everyone out for a great meal. I knew that Mexican would be a hit for those who have tried it and for those who have never been to a Mexican restaurant. I checked online for Mexican restaurants Boise to see what was local. All I needed was to find a particular authentic Mexican restaurant, not those imitators. I know only one person out of I don’t know how many that I have taken to a Mexican restaurant who didn’t like it. However, she only eats things like meatloaf and potatoes every single day. Anyone else, including my vegetarian friends, find a favorite on the menu that they will order over and over again each time we come out. I can find my favorite dish nationwide in every authentic restaurant I’ve ordered in. It might go by different names, but is is there and very delicious.
